Training Objectives Our conversation workshops are specifically designed to prepare you to achieve Level B oral proficiency according to Public Service Commission of Canada standards. Level B requires that you can understand the main points of clear standard speech dealing with concrete work-related topics delivered at normal speed. Cancellation Policy
Registration Policy – Success in Your Hands Inc. Registration for a Success in Your Hands Inc. workshop/course is required to reserve your spot. Full payment must be made before the start of the workshop/course. Spots are limited in order to provide high-quality, personalized support. We encourage you to register as early as possible. Cancellations or inability to attend: No refunds will be issued if you cancel your participation. However, if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance, before a workshop or the start of a course, and at least 24 hours in advance before a one-on-one , a full credit will be offered, applicable toward another workshop or service within 3 months of the original date. If Success in Your Hands Inc. cancels a workshop (e.g., due to low registration or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit applied to a future date.
