Women With ADHD Collective is a supportive, learning-focused, and heart-centered community created for women and AFAB individuals living with ADHD.

This space brings together lived experience, research-informed insights, and honest conversations about topics that are often misunderstood or left unspoken.

Through reflective blog posts, short and long-form videos, and practical resources, we explore ADHD across work, relationships, mental health, identity, burnout, hormones, and everyday life.

You’ll find tools designed to support regulation, self-understanding, and confidence, without pressure to “fix” yourself or fit into unrealistic expectations.

The Collective also offers curated resources, guided reflections, discussion prompts, and community conversations to help you feel less alone and more empowered.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, self-identified, or have lived with ADHD for years, this space meets you where you are.

Above all, Women With ADHD Collective exists to normalize experiences, reduce shame, and help you build a life that works with your brain and not against it.

Our Story

Women With ADHD Collective was born from lived experience, from years of wondering why things felt harder, louder, more exhausting, and yet never quite “wrong enough” to be named.

Like many women, this community grew out of late understanding, missed explanations, and the quiet work of holding everything together while feeling overwhelmed inside.

This Collective was created to offer what so many of us needed earlier: language, compassion, shared understanding, and a space where ADHD in women is seen in its full complexity.

It is not about fixing or labeling but about making sense of our experiences and reclaiming our stories.

Here, we learn together, unmask together, and support one another as we build lives that honour our brains, our energy, and our humanity.
